At Posh By V, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Posh By V tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
